This cake teamed up with our dairy free buttercream style frosting is a no fail dessert every time. You can change the flavor of the cake by adding different extracts.  Lemon is one of our favorites! You can find our frosting recipes here, for endless combinations that are fun, sassy and delicious.  This mix will make one 8 inch round, 12 standard cupcakes or 24 mini cupcakes. 

Mix Ingredients:

cane sugar, potato starch, brown rice flour, garbanzo flour, baking powder (Corn Starch, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Monocalcium Phosphate),  xanthan gum, salt

½ cup coconut milk
¼ cup plus 2 TBSP sunflower oil
1 TBSP  extract of choice (vanilla, lemon, etc)
2 tsp lemon juice
