Tired of those hard, dry cookies from the store?  These cookies are easy to mix up, and you can make an endless variety of flavors.  This is the base mix for any cookie you want it to be!  Chocolate chip is just the beginning- use it for oatmeal raisin, cowboy cookies, anything your heart desires.  Here's a list of our favorite add-ins, what's yours?  This mix makes 24 three inch cookies.  You can portion the dough and freeze it for later so you can enjoy warm fresh cookies any time!  Or mix it in to your favorite ice cream, or of course, my favorite- right off the spoon.  You can also make these amazing chocolate chip peanut butter bars with this mix!

Mix Ingredients:  

White Rice Flour, Tapioca starch, Potato Starch, Xanthan gum, Baking Soda, salt

You will need:


5 TBSP  favorite butter substitute, or butter
1 Egg (can substitute 1 flaxmeal egg)
1TBSP Vanilla
1/4 cup favorite milk alternative, or milk
1 cup of desired add-ins (chocolate chips, chopped nuts, dried fruit, shredded coconut, etc)
