This mix makes a double crust and is perfect for fruit pies, quiches, open top pies, lattice toppings, hand pies, and pasties.  There's no need to be fussy with this mix, you can even mix it up in your mixer, no pastry cutters or tricks required!  It's easiest to work with if rolled out on a silicone mat or wax paper. What will you make with it?

Mix Ingredients:

 sweet white rice flour, cornstarch, tapioca starch, potato starch, xanthan gum, salt

You will need:

1 stick plus 3 TBSP your favorite butter substitute
OR 2/3 cup (4.5 oz) palm shortening
1 large egg
2 TBSP water
2 tsps white vinegar

Gluten free flour for rolling out crust.
